Titanium cookware sets

A set of titanium pans can replace most of the cookware you use every day. Move up to five or six pieces and you add a second skillet: often a 10-inch, plus a stockpot with a lid.

The eight-piece sets bring in a 13-inch wok, an extra skillet, and more saucepan sizes, which matters if you cook soups and stir-fries in the same meal. All the titanium surfaces are identical, you are choosing coverage, not quality.

This category is not for someone who needs a separate non-stick egg pan. Titanium is slick once seasoned, but it is not a coated non-stick, and an unseasoned pan will grab an egg.
